I am a Burmese student, like the many that’s out there, studying abroad and yet longing for the simple comforts of home. I am currently studying Environmental Policy and Philosophy. Although the name suggests an adamant patriotism to the country, I would say that at best I am a critical observer. I am student willing and hoping to see change for a country that I barely understand. I speak and write better in English than in Burmese so don’t let my name fool you.
